Major Electronics Failure

Major electronics failure blew lamp which is not covered under warranty.

Purchased in March 2006. Worked great until every electronic component failed at one time. Controller board, power supply,keypad and power input module and lamp failed at the same time.
Warranty service was great, but they want to charge me $583 to replace the lamp which was fried when the other components failed.
I have been unable to talk to anyone directly at Infocus just get the regular run around of numbers to call etc etc.
