The Bottom Line:
STay away or buy from a store where you know you can return it when it breaks.
I bought this because it was a good price point. However, after using for less than 2 months, the screen started going black after a few minutes of play. It probably had been used less than 30-40 hours. You could still hear the sound, but no video. Then it stopped even giving me any video, just sound right from the start.
Luckily, I bought it at a store with a liberal return policy, and they allowed me to exchange it. Within 2 weeks (no exaggeration), it started doing the same thing, probably with less than 20 hours of viewing on it. Again, luckily I was able to return it for a refund.
And the sound was not very loud, especially when you had on earphones; you could barely hear it unless you jammed the earphones against your ears.
I guess it is true that you get what you pay for! I will never buy this brand again!
