The Bottom Line:
I wouldn't buy one again because it is frustrating when it won't connect. I do hope that this is not a common issue!
My experience using this product? Pretty good when the controller actually connects and you can use it. Most of the time you are trying to get the controller to connect so that you can actually use it! Even following the package directions as to connect it when it is having problems does not help. The only way we have gotten it to work (ever) is randomly trying it repeatedly hoping that the controller will connect the next time that you push the connect button. Once you have it connected (which for us it a fluke) it does work well for the most part.
At times there seems to be a slight delay from when you push the button to when the action is performed, but this can happen on any controller including the original xbox controller.
A plus is that it is smaller than the original xbox controller, but that could be because I don't have large hands. If you had longer fingers or larger hands, the smaller size would be a disadvantage and not an advantage.
We were given the controller as a gift so we didn't shop around and pick this particular brand or controller type. I do know that the product was purchased at a Zellers store.
