Disappointing even for the price

Pros Better than regular headphones.
Cons Painful to wear for long periods, way too much noise leaking in.
Recommended it? No
The Bottom Line:  Get earplug headphones. These are not worth the bother.
I got these from Costco for $50 off. My earplug/headphones are 100 times better and a fraction of the cost at Walmart. Much more mobile too. I don't know why anyone would use these over earplug headphones. These JBLs really hurt after a while. Maybe it's because I've had them for a day or so and they simply need to stretch out. I'm not waiting to find out. Anyways, they're too small for my ears so it's like a pair of knuckles punching into my ears. There's no comparison between these and earplug headphones. You just need to squish them a bit so they expand in your ears. It's amazing.

I'm gonna get some JVC noise cancelling headphones through some work award point system. At least these JBLs are refundable. I do need some headphones that I could put over my ears. I'd simply have earplugs underneath them (I work in the factory). The problem with earplug headphones is that when you take them off, the environment can be very noisy to the point that it's uncomfortable. I wanna be able to have noise cancelling headphones that I can take off when I get interrupted and still have hearing protection.
