Great sound, great picture ! A great buy ! JVC makes a great product too. It will last forever!
I bought this product about 1 1/2 months ago. I love the side speakers. I have heard excellent things about JVC televisions. They are superior in quality and durability. They are more expensive than those in Kmart, Wal-mart etc. You have to go to a store that sells better grade TV's. I bought mine at circuit City.
I did my homework before I bought. I had a 25" Sharp TV. That didn't last 5 years, which is pretty bad for a TV. I wanted this one to last forever. I don't feel like buying one every few years. I checked out Panasonic and a few others. Sony is the most expensive, and JVC is next.
I didn't mind paying a little more for something that was going to last. I was encouraged to take out an extended service plan. I think the factory warrantee is 1 or 2 years, not positive on that!
The side speakers and the Bass it puts out is great. All on screen programming. It also has something nice for those into Games. The front of the TV has plug ins for controllers and joysticks, which is excellent! You won't find that on any cheaper TV!
The picture is extremely clear, the color is enhanced.
I didn't think that the price was too bad, considering it is a 27" TV. I would have bought the 32" JVC, but too pricy for me right now, and my TV cabinet wouldn't hold anything bigger!!!
Also for me the Headquarters is in the same state I live in...New Jersey. You can go there if there is any problems!
