The Bottom Line:
A good price for all the added features you have to pay for in other models.
Great deal for the price compared with other 27" flat screen offerings. Both entry models from Sony and Panasonic only come with 3 line digital filter, but the AV27F802 comes with 3D y/c digital comb filter.(Although JVC has just come out with a 3 line entry model AV27F702 at a lower price). Makes a big difference in picture quality when you place the tv's side by side. Plus it comes with better than average BBE sound system. And it comes with PIP, which is not available on the entry 27" Panasonic or Sony flatscreen models. You would have to pay at least $100 more this upgrade.
Minor complaint with the remote not able to switch audio output between the main/pip which I've seen on other tv's. And only part of remote control lights up, not the entire thing. Plus they could work on better placement of buttons and shape of unit for better access.
Its worth the price for all the features you get.
