She's little but she rocks!
Pros
Great sound quality, cool mechanics, cool led lighting, totally compact.
Cons
FM presets a little awkward, can't read time at night.

Bought in 2002 to replace a lovely Sony system. Paid $199 at lifestyle fascination. Front panel LIGHTS UP in a rainbow of available colors, backlit by led, and can be programmed for different colors each day, or to change at random every 2 seconds for a cool disco effect.
Surprising tight, hefty bass from such a tiny system, with 2 levels of bass boost, and top notch sound quality. This can be a hit and miss endeavor with shelf systems.
Front panel slides upward for CD tray to slide out, slides downward to reveal tape deck. Very very very cool.
Has daily timer, wake up to radio or CD.
Remote includes volume control.
Weird FM preset system though - to get preset 25 hit +10, +10, then hit 5. Can't scroll though presets.
