JVC GR-AX640U VHS-C Analog Camcorder

My twin sons were 10 months old when I decided to buy this camcorder and it's been a great present to my whole family! I taped my sons' first birthday party and sent the mini-tape to friends and relatives who popped it into their VHS-C adapter tape and they got to see the birthday party as well! It was a great price and very durable! It's light weight, compact and easy to use. I love the titles you can add and the auto date mode.
Thanks to this great investment I can watch my sons' first steps over and over! I was able to catch some of their first words, the first night in a big boy bed and our first stitches too! I love that my battery doesn't drain while not in use and that I don't have to reset my battery to charge it up again. This was great when I remembered the camcorder was in the car when my best friend was having her baby! We were the only ones with a charged battery after 30 hours of labor and caught the sweet pea's first hours! I gave the tape to my friends for a present and since it was so easy to just pop in the adapter tape I didn't need to record it onto another tape! I just gave them the mini-tape!
It's durable and has taken a few stumbles and topples, with twin boys you have got to expect that stuff! We even had a sticky mess on it that wiped right off! This is a great gift for newlyweds, new or expecting parents and even grandparents!!
