HORRIBLE customer service, quick break, slow repair.

I have had nothing but problems with my TV and JVC customer service. After owning the TV (and being satisfied with it) for 6 months, the light engine went out. The part has been "on order" for over 2 weeks. Not to mention the 8 days that the authorized service center required before even looking at the problem. I have made 2 online customer service complains and 3 personal phone call complaints to the customer service with none of the promised return calls.
The service center tells me that they have had 12 of these repairs in the past couple of months and it takes forever to get the part.
