great Picture and sound eventhough i use my own receiver

No Hd receiver included but use the cable co receiver not a problem

Yes
I checked many Lg screen TV incl the DLP side by side and this set blew them all away including some plasmas. I paid a premium price but so far its a great product well worth the money. Only con would be the cost of replacing the $400 bulb after 4yrs. Hope by then the cost will be less!!!
