We bought this camera in December 2002 and in November 2003 it started playing the tapes back with just gray fuzz. We've using all the proper tapes and we've tried all the head-cleaners suggested and nothing has corrected the problem. Noone will take this Camcorder back and even JVC refuses to respond to us. We liked the Camcorder until this problem, but when you spend $600 on a product you expect it to last longer than 11 months. We are understandably furious and will NEVER buy or recommend another JVC product ever again!
