What I liked most about this radio is it's format compatibility. I love that it plays MP3's, Windows Media format (even though I don't play any WMA files it's still nice to have), CD-R(W)'s, and has an AM/FM radio. Keep in mind I'm not one of those guys who goes cruising down the avenue with the radio blaring as loud as my system can handle to get the attention of the opposite sex. I'm the guy who drives a beater car and has two kids in the back seat and my wife next to me.I find that this radio is the perfect fit for average day-in and day-out use. From my morning drive to work listening to 680 AM news to when I'm on my way back home listening to some nice dance music. Keep in mind, I had no radio in my car before I had this installed (which by the way, I opted to have professionally done). The remote is a nice touch too, although I've NEVER used it. I prefer to use the dial. The remote is small enough to fit in the palm of my hand. The user can select from various presets of how the audio will sound (I.E. : Jazz, Pop, Rock, Etc.) or you can stick with the manual settings like me. Adjusting the balance and fade are done in the same manner using the same button, so it's relatively very easy to adjust how it'll sound and where the sounds coming from (without having to worry too much about keeping your eyes off the road). Once you get to know the settings you can actually adjust the sound without even looking at the faceplate.
It's also a very strong faceplate. On two or more occasions I've had my hands full with other junk and I accidentally dropped the plastic case that it comes with and the case opened up and the faceplate came out and hit the asphalt. Not so much as a scratch and no noticeable damage (and trust me, I freaked out when it happened so I inspected it very closely).

The ONLY thing I don't like about this radio is I often find that putting the faceplate in can be a bit of a pain in the rear end. Most of the time the contacts click without any problems but when it does gives me a hard time, it takes me maybe two or three attempts to put it in. But then again I am a bit of a klutz so....that's probably it. You also have to watch out for major bumps on the road because if you're playing a CD-R(W) it will skip, but like I said it only happens when you hit a major bump. Everyday I hit minor bumps and go up those annoying speed bumps but that doesn't affect the play quality. My unit only really skips when I hit something big (which I shouldn't have hit anyways - I.E : going over the curb, etc.).
