The Bottom Line:
This unit is amazing because of its simplicity to use and the impeccable sound. For music lovers and all whom have never experienced high quality sound systems.
Prior to this unit, I owned a crappy Sanyo, about 1/4 the size of this one. I have never experienced such amazing full, bassy sound from a shelf unit. This unit can shake my entire house from my upstairs bedroom, and is comparable to some sound systems. I love this unit because it is simple to use, with easy to follow instructions, and a screen that indicates everything. My few complaints would include how hot the system gets after prolonged use, the weight and size, causing it to be out of place in many bedrooms, its requiring generous space.
This system is ideal for any electronica, hip hop, or bass driven music, although other genres do not suffer on this system. If you've never owned a great sound system or shelf unit, then this is the item for you. All of your music will take on a new life and vitality that you never experienced, revealing sounds and subtleties previously obstructed by inadequate units. I heard Miles Davis' Bi**hes Brew all over again, with the multitude of instruments shining and not sounding cluttered and blurred. If you love music and appreciate sound quality, purchase this unit.
