Yes
I was going to get the 9800bt from Pionner, but the dealer suggests me upgrade to the ADV-38. I did, and I think that might be one of the best choices I've ever made in the life.
First of all, the screen is awesome. Even if it's small, but I believe it has a better pixel than 95% of the DVD player on the market. It's bright and clear. YOU HAVE TO LOVE IT!
I'm not really an expert for sounds quality, but I can tell it's better than my older unit which is an Alpine CDA 9813. With my pg amp and mq quart. It's really enjoyable.
I haven't tried the DVD feature yet. But with DVD, I could have thousands of songs in a disc which makes my life much much more easier.
I mean it's quite expensive. I'm not even sure it's smart to spent $500 on this unit or not. I'm a student, so spending $500 on my audio seems stupid. But all I can say is it's worth it.
