Makes the Grade, but only a C+

Pretty GOOD for the money!
I have had this CD player for about a year or so now, and to date, the only complaint I have is that it skips while driving, oh, and the teeth that hold the plastic ring around the CD player broke off.

Simple but nice
The JVC KD-S550 is an alright deck. it has direct track access when you don't want to go through the CD one track at a time. It has a pre-out for an external amp. I hooked it up too my 1,000 watt pyramid and and it kicked some serious a--. It's pretty nice. Read full review »
