This deck has great sound, have it in a 99 prelude, much better bass than factory, more detail in the mid range as well. Physical installation was a bit of a pain- the holes don't line up with factory holes, so if you're DIY, be prepared for this. Also, buy a wiring harness adaptor to avoid cutting the factory wiring-makes putting the standard unit back if you wanna keep the JVC-scosche or metra make them for a few bucks, well worth it. The giga MP3 feature is great-put up to aboout 70 CD's in MP3 format on a data DVD-carry a few DVD's in the car, and take a huge musical collection with you-goodbye changers.
Cons here: No fast-forward with MP3 (lotsa MP3 players still don't have this-really a must), Disc random resets and starts over if you turn off, doesn't remember location in a track for MP3 if you turn off-the track will start over from the beginning, really annoying for short hops.
