Freezes (CPU) when cpts get hot
From new/ fresh install: the unit gets warm and begins a "CPU studder" and soon after completely freezes. All in about 25-45 minutes of play. Sent back to JVC for repair twice and then I insisted on a new unit. The new unit exhibits the same problems. It happens playing "data" disks playing MP3's... Read full review »
Great Sound
This deck has great sound, have it in a 99 prelude, much better bass than factory, more detail in the mid range as well. Physical installation was a bit of a pain- the holes don't line up with factory holes, so if you're DIY, be prepared for this. Also, buy a wiring harness adaptor to avoid cutting...
