The Bottom Line:
I have never bought a product form a high end Co and had so many problems with it. DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY!!!!!!
I bought this last year. And out of that year I have only tried to use it three times. I say tried because it has been with JVC getting "fixed" however it has never made a good copy since the day I got it. JVC is UN willing to help in replacing it with a new one or refunding me my money....
If you value your money DO NOT BUY!!!!!
Go to Wal-Mart and get your self an 80.00 VCR it will out copy the JVC hands down!!!!!!!
I know you don't want "hate mail" But I took out a small business loan to start a small production Co. invested some of that money in JVC and not being able to use it the way I need to use it (As a DV/S-VHS deck). I have lost jobs and money because of their (JVC) lack of warrantee and customer support! I will say that I have had nothing but great service from Canon, Sonny and Apple computers. They have a customer service department!
Once again I say this is the first time I have ever in my life had a warrantee problem that the Co refuses to fix. Spend your hard earned money else ware!!!!
