JVC XL-F154BK 5-Disc CD Changer

This is yet another fine product from JVC that I purchased. I don't use CD's in the house very often, so my old single disc player did fine. But it would skip with the slightest vibration, so I bought one from my brother. This CD player did fine, too, as it was quite old. It eventually died, thus I finally decided the price was right and bought the JVC XL-F154, a six-disc changer.

I am quite satisfied with this changer. While many of my friends have them, the JVC model is comparable. JVC is no better than other changers that I have seen, but I mainly bought it for the price and because I am satisfied with JVC.

The sound is quite clear, and even on some of my older CD's, I very seldom hear it skip. It is also easy to use, although to me there are several knobs that I have never touched and would not know what to use them for. The only problem that I had with this changer is the fact that sometimes when it has 5 discs it does not accept a 6th. I have not really figured out why this is, but when it does a 5 disc changer has to suffice.

I definitely think that I have made a good investment on this JVC model. While it is not the superior disc changer on the market, it is a great player for my uses.
