Poor Customer Service
I was given a Jensen cassette with removable face plate as a gift from my wife. The sound was fair. I listen to various kinds of music but I would have liked it to handle bass better.

Don't always go for the cheapest one

Walmart may be a great place to buy toothpaste, but would you buy toothpaste at your local car audio shop??? Then why buy a radio from Walmart???
