Cheap Mp3 Player

Pros It plays Mp3's, CD-R/W, it shows the names of the songs.
Cons skips some times during mp3 play
Recommended it? Yes
The Bottom Line:  Good sound, bad battery life,
This is a pretty good CD player. I bought it because my old CD player broke and I needed a new one because I like to listen to my music everywhere I go. This is really good because it has an Mp3 player, it is not one of those crappy mp3 players that only carry about 32MB and you have to transfer them to your player everytime you want a new song. This reads Mp3's right off of CDs. You could say this would be really good for you if you had a burner so you can download and burn CDs in Mp3 format. The Mp3 player skips a bit if you move it a lot but if you're only moving it a little and not shaking it wildly it will work really good.

The CD player part that plays actual CDs could have been better. If you take the Anti-skip off to save battery life, it does drain the batteries faster with the anti-skip, the CD won't play very well at all. I tried to save battery life by this way and played a CD and it skipped about every 1 second of music. It is just terrible without the anti-skip. And for the mp3 player you can't even take off the anti skip. It won't let you do that. The mp3 take a little bit to start too because it has to decode the mp3s. As far as the music goes, it plays really good music.

What I personally like about this CD player is the display shows the name of the song, artist of the song, and album this song is from. It only has these things if the mp3 has the information stored on it. Most mp3s have the title and artist stored on them but no the album but there are some mp3s that do.

I would recommend this CD player just because it plays mp3s any kind of format of music out there. It works good just it uses the battery quite fast because the anti skip has to be put on to play the music. But it does play the sound good. I hope this was helpful.
