Nice Sound but Awkward
I just purchased a 2007 Nissan Xterra S and I wanted a good receiver with Sirius satellite ready capability. I also wanted a receiver that looked as if it came with the car, but that called for a Double DIN (extra wide) type receiver, the Kenwood DPX-501 fit that bill.

I had this receiver for 2 years when the display died on me. The fm receiver stopped working too but I have XM so I didn't care too much about that. My husband emailed Kenwood support and they said to just reset the receiver and all would be good. Well I did that and regret it. Now the only thing... Read full review »
So far so good
The player is beautiful, though I do not like the blue and red lighting scheme. Being able to change the color scheme to match the interior lighting would have been better. (If VW has any Double DINs it will match their gauges perfectly....) Anyways it has loads of features that I didn't expect... Read full review »
