Kenwood DPX-5010 Car CD / Cassette Player

The player is beautiful, though I do not like the blue and red lighting scheme. Being able to change the color scheme to match the interior lighting would have been better. (If VW has any Double DINs it will match their gauges perfectly....) Anyways it has loads of features that I didn't expect. Like the ability to completely turn the internal amp off and only send the signal to my external amps. Also the ability to adjust the rear speaker volume makes it easier to listen to music and talk to the passengers in the back seats. The display looks like an 80's calculator display, but it fits with my older car so I don't care. If you want tons of awesome features, I would reccommend upgrading to the DPX-701, so that you can have a built in G-meter and horsepower analyzer! Awesome.

The one thing I really hate is the size of the remote for this player. I had an old sony and the remote was the size of a credit card and almost as thin. This one is just huge. Its like a TV remote!
