I can't get my new adaptor to work in my 1999 taurusse
Pros
The system sounds great when I can get it to work with my taurus system.
Cons
The only con I can think of is that the adaptor was not water proof.

Not too long ago, I bought a kenwood kdc-c669 from you along with an adaptor #469frdrknn. The adaptor got water damaged, so I contacted Crutchfield and bought a new adaptor. Can you please help me get the new adaptor to work like it ought to? I really like my system when it's working.
