Great bargain MP3/CD player
Pros
Great sounding system for a good price.
Cons
Difficult to learn controls. Face plate connector/teeth wear over time.
Recommended it?
Yes
The Bottom Line:
Get this for your car. You cannot be disappointed.
I really like the system. It's easy to read the display. Have used it for 2 months now, and have no regrets. Not one skip since I purchased it and I play it whenever I'm driving. Never a disc or mp3 cd it wouldn't recognize.
Have not been able to push to its max yet, never heard distortion and I like my music loud. Kenwood usually makes a solid product and this no different.
Took me a week to learn all the controls/features, but once I learned to think like the engineers I was alright! lol The faceplate scares me, I don't know how long it will last, the pins that connect it to the receiver are flimsy and the salesman warned that they are being returned after about 6 months, but also said that most of these people abuse their stuff anyway. I bought their extended warranty anyway, my car's good for 10 years, mind as well ensure 4 of those with a decent player!
