My car is a little over 2 years old - It is also currently the home for the third Kenwood KDC-X569 CD player in that short period of time. The dealership replaced the first two but won't replace #3. The dreaded TOC error - it won't play any cd's! Contacted Kenwood but they wanted me to pull the player and send it to one of their repair shops before they would acknowledge the problem. Kenwood used to be a pretty reliable product; what happened to them?
