I am completely happy with the performance of Kenwood KDC MP425. Its a great CD/WMA/MP3/FM player. I never used Sirius/HD radio facility given as in India, there are no station broadcasting SIRIUS/HD Radio.
The CD player I bought in USA (Houston, TX). I found a small issue with the player while playing FM stations. The least increase/decrease for frequency for the FM player by default is 200MHz i.e. when I am trying to tune the stations, I will get station at 90.9 Mhz and then at 91.1 MHz. But I will not get 91 MHz.
I wrote about this issue to kenwood and got a solution. The solution is the above stated issue is:
1. pull out the battery connection wire (this is on the back of the car stereo, refer the user manual),
2. Press button 1 and 5 on the front panel of the car stereo,
3. Connect the battery connection wire and switch on.
Following the above stated steps, the frequency tuning least increase/decrease changes to 50 MHz from 200 MHz.
Other features are great.
