Software bug consistently crashes unit

Pros Good sound, large readout.

Cons All units must be sent back to Kenwood for repair.

Recommended it? No

Scrolling past channel 100 locks up the unit; this is a known bug according to Kenwood level 2 tech support. Also, scrolling thru channels after leaving unit on for more than an hour produces garbled text on the display, forcing user to turn unit off and back on. Must send unit to Kenwood for repair, then wait 14 days to have it fixed. I'm on my third receiver with the same bug.
