Kenwood XD-A53 Audio Shelf System

When I bought it 2 years ago I was so happy because it looked soooo good and sounded just as good but it would take a brain surgeon to workout how to use it and the radio tuner totally sucks! but after that initial shock everything was great!...until it decides to break down on me only 2 weeks after I got it. I then swaped it for a new one and it was all good for about 7 months until it stuffs up on me again but only this time I can't swap it for a new one I have to send away for repairs, after 2 long months I finally get it back but to my suprise they havn't fixed it at all! so off it goes to repairs and another 2months pass, finally get it back but after 2 weeks of use something else goes wrong so i send it back again, this time its 3 months until I got it back! but what do you know it hasn't been fixed so as you can imagine I was very angry so I sent it back and demanded a refund! after loads of arguments on the phone with Kenwood they finally decided to give me the money back but it took 4 months for the cheque to arrive! Even then they didn't give me the full amount I paid for the stereo!
