I bought this stereo because it was in my price range and I am the kind of person who likes a lot of bass. This system has both. The only problem I had was getting use to how to operate it, but after a day of using it I got use to it. It has an awsome power rating of 400 watts RMS which is goo for a mini system. I have have suround speakers, the speakers that came with it and five ten inch woofers hooked up to it and it powers them fine. It even does this without distortion. If you want a good Stereo with a lot of bass and crystal clear mids and highs with no distortion this is the system for you.
