When you need some kick, you need some kick!

I am no longer a teenage boy, booming down the street, shaking the walls of poor innocent bystanders with my Metallica tapes. Now I am the annoying guy thumping down the street with Christian cds wailing out of my windows, and thanks to Kickers, I am kicken butt!

I have changed subwoofers a time or two in my day, and it is an all day job. If you do it right without getting wires crossed, you will have the feel of a live rock concert as you drive down the highway. This is a package of two 12 inch subwoofers that fit my truck, and it came fully loaded and enclosed in protective carpet.

It was actually easy to install these with step by step directions, and was compatible with my system. The wattage booms at 800 watts, with surround sound that can withstand the bass of any power packed music you can find. I guess in my old age, it rattles my jaw and leaves me with a booming...headache if I have it TOO loud. I try to grow up and act my age, but when it comes to gadgets I am a kid in candy store! It has inner workings of an engine, with a poly-mineral cone that gives added punch and lessens distortion.

The design is great, big enough to boom, and small enough to hide well. It has a wood enclosure, with carpet around it to keep it scratch free, and allows it to breathe so it does not get too hot.

Overall, until something else comes along to tweak my fancy, this is one of the best woofers I have used to date. Older ones seemed much more clunky and outdated, and this was so easy to install and delivers the wild ride I need!
