The Kicker L7's is a great line of speakers if you are looking for them down right low notes. This sub will make you mind shake if you have at least 700 watts going to it. If you don't supply this monster with the power it needs you won't get what you want. Without enough power these speakers will be more buzzy, where the cone bottoms out and doesn't give you the thump. Also you need to have space for this sub. The volume of the box needs to be about 2 cubic feet. For best results use with a ported box for a more boomy sound. They go as far down as 20hz. You can also wire them down to one ohm so it doesn't take a lot of power away from the amp. Or 4 ohm's for a more crisp sound. These things move a lot of sound so you might not want to have more than one if you are worring about vibration. With two you can shatter a window in a hatchback. Now that is impressive. These subs also look great if you are looking for a show quality. They will make a lot of people turn their heads twice to see these beasts in action. If you are looking for a little thump in your trunk than these are not for you, but if you are looking for style and some thump to annoy the car next to you than here you go.
