12" DVC Kicker L7 Subwoofer.
I have a single 12" DVC Kicker L7 in a large slot port box tuned for 38hz. I'm powering this sub with a MMATS D200hc. Sub is wired at 1 ohm. This is apsolutly amazing !!!! The L7 is an amazing sub. The other reviewer was right in saying that one of these will do the job of two of almost anything else. Also the power issue. The sub needs power. Alot of power. Not What I Was Hoping For
Crutchfield has these subs reviewed very high. So I go into Circuit City to give them a listen, and I don't think there all that great. In fact I don't think they sound very good at all. The bass isn't very crisp, in fact it can get pretty sloppy. Not at all what a 5 star rating should be.

DAMN!
I got two of these bad boys from a friend with 2 1000 watt mono block alpine amps powering each. I have them wired at 2 Ohms a piece each receiving 1000 watts. They are in a crappy sealed box that is gives them barely 1.5 cubic feet a piece to work with and they have already hit 148 on the DB... Read full review »
