One of the best if it weren't for some flaws

Some of the best speakers around

Abnormally high chance of subwoofer amp failure detailed in klipsch.com forum

Go to Klipsch's user forums and look up how many people are having problems with their Promedia 5.1 systems. I myself was one of them who suffered from a defective amp inside the subwoofer rendering it useless. Klipsch charged me $65 to get it repaired (2005) and it's apparently a lot of people suffer from this design flaw.
Currently my front right speaker is making distortions under certain frequencies but I don't feel like sending it back to Klipsch and putting down another $50+. Don't get me wrong, these speakers are insanely good. Very good dynamic ranges and an excellent deep subwoofer. But I recommend getting their newer products or even going for the Logitech stuff. If you must get this speaker set then be prepared to send it back if your subwoofer just cuts out and you hear faint noises coming out of it.
