Worth every penny
Pros
freq resp. palpable bass, hits 35 hz with authority ,clear highs and tight mids
Cons
port noise at 30 hz and below @loud levels, horns might be harsh for some
Recommended it?
Yes
The Bottom Line:
people who want serious sound, if you listen to mp3s encoded @ 128 kbits then these speakers are not for you
The only sub in the pc speaker market to resemble the more expensive big brother HT subs in terms of sound.Q. (not boomy like almost every other sub on the pc market)
mid range is clear and improved over previous promedia systems, good soundstage and excellent dynamics.
highs are clear and very forward due to the horns, makes alot of material sound (live) that can be excellent for some. (others might not enjoy so much)
Overall Best PC speakers ive heard on the market, nothing from cambridge, logitech or altec lansing can really keep up with the sound quality delivered here.
