The Bottom Line:  This is a great camera for beginners and experts. I would buy another one.
I bought my Kodak Easyshare camera about 2 years ago, I had one of the first digital cameras that came out, so when I got this one I was surprised it was alot easier to operate and it had so many features. It is smaller than the old one, so it is easier to take with you. Has large display screen on the back, makes it easy to see what you are taking a pic of. It has a favorite setting that allows you to lock the pictures that you want to keep and share later. The auto setting is great if you don't want to have to set anything up, the camera picks the scene setting for you and uses the flash if needed. I use this setting if I am taking several pics and don't want to have to change the settings. The anti shake setting is good for when you are moving or need to hold the camera very still. It has a closeup setting for when you are taking closeup pics. The scene setting is great it has: childern, sunset, sport, potrait, landscape, night, snow, beach, fireworks and flower. I have used the sunset, it takes away the glare when you are taking sunset pics, the children setting is great when you have kids running around and you are trying to get pics, everything is clear instead of bleary, the snow setting worked good when we were taking pics of the snowman the kids built and the firework setting took really great pics of the fireworks at 4th of July, I thought it would be streaky, but it turned out just like we were looking at it. The sport setting is also good when your subjects are moving. You can turn the flash on and off with one touch of the flash button. The camera has a review button that lets you look at your pics. There is also a share button that lets you share your pics. Mine has a rechargable battery that hooks to the computer and charges. It hold a charge for a long time and you can take lots of pics on the one charge. In my opinion it is a great camera, we liked it so well that we bought our teen daughter one for her first camera.
