LG 32LG300C 32" LCD TV

I've always preferred the bright color, high contrast look of LG to the "sharper," but more washed out look of the smaller Sony's and Samsungs. Considering you'll probably be watching this one in the bedroom with the lights out, it's more suitable than the competition. LG's are usually priced 10%-15% lower than these other brands as well, so you'll save a few bucks too. I can't really speak to the long-term quality, but it's been about 2 years and I haven't had a single issue yet. I can't say the same about other flat panels I've owned, where I've experienced blown panels, broken stands, and the occasional plasma burn-in. I would highly recommend this TV.
