Purchased this tv from Best Buy with extended warranty
and also LG dvd/vcr player for my elderly parents.
LG DVD/vcr player broke within 6 months and told by
svc center, best buy and LG no parts available.
TV now broken and Best Buy extended warranty has
been terrible. Had EMFA electronics which is 60 miles
away pick up tv(even though local repair available)
TV now has been gone for 2 months and although they say
it is fix they make appts and never show. Each time
call Best Buy 1-800 number(10times so far) and each
time they have no record. Now they tell me they are
"investigating" Called LG when TV broke and 1-800
number from them was no help "stated they have never
had that problem before" Then a friend told me it
sounded like analog tuner had broken--if he could figure
it out how come LG could not!!!!
