Cellphone gone wrong

Pros Creating your own ringtones for free, Camera phone, and was attractive.
Cons Cracks and falls apart easy, Awful Battery Life, and Bad signal.
Recommended it? No
The Bottom Line:  My final recommendation would be to get a tougher and more durable phone and forget the Ax275 Lg phone because it will not last you very long.
Experience with the phone

1st Problem
First I would have to say that I received this Ax275 LG phone for free with a one year contract. Otherwise, it usually rings up to about $70-$150 per phone. I got this phone because it was cute and had what I thought was awesome features. I also had this cell phone for a year before it broke on the center piece where the phone flips up and back. However, I had three friends with this same Ax275 LG cell phone. One of my friend's cell phone screen broke after a month of using it. Another friend's cell phone cracked in the same place as mine in the center piecing where the phone flips up and back down. This happened a half a year after my friend had the phone. My third friend still has her phone, but she is extra careful with it. I have also heard that the phone tears up the same way in its other available colors silver and black.

2nd Problem

often times when I tried to use my Ax275 phone it would turn from regular mode to analog mode and I could not send or receive texts. My phone also would not find signal in many areas. I am not sure if it was the phone or the service provider, but I had Alltel.

3rd Problem

The Ax275 Lg phone did not keep charge well. Sometimes I and my friends would have to charge the phone all day to get it to stay charged. However, this excessive charging can wear down the battery and could lead to overcharging making a person have to get a new battery. When my phone's battery messed up it would show the phone as being fully charged but if I made a 20 second phone call the phone's battery would turn off due to "Low Battery." When I had to get a new battery it was very expensive most stores sold the battery between $60-$80. I luckily found an online discount warehouse store with a cell phone battery at $3, but you can almost never find the battery that cheap.

Cell phone Features
the cell phone was an attractive and stylish phone. Mine was pink, but it also comes in black and silver.
 The cell phone’s dimensions are "3.58" x "1.81" x "0.78" (91 x 6 x 19.8mm). This is about average width for a phone, not very tall.
Its weight is 2.82 oz (80g) a very lightweight phone.
Its modes are AMPS 850, CDMA 850/ CDMA 1900
Its battery when new is supposed to last 3 hours max (180 mins)
Its standby is 278 hours max (11.6 days)
And its battery type is 850 mAh Lilon.
It is a clamshell phone (flip phone) and has a built in antenna.
Display type is: LCD, in color, has a resolution of 128 x 128 pixels, and has an 18-bit) for display of colors.

Extra Features
The extra features was the best part of this phone because a person could have many choices such as:
MMS, 2- Way Text Messaging with T9 accessibility, has templates, and Picture messaging. Has a camera with a resolution of 640 x 480. Self timer, night mode, and brightness balance. You can also customize and record your own ringtones at no extra charge. Has an alarm, calculator, calendar, and voice memo.
However, the phone was not worth the accessories in the long run.
