Cons
Slow, crappy customer service.

No
The Bottom Line:
As you can see I do not recommend this product. Way too many problems for the price and customer service stinks!
For the price, this blu-ray player is a combination of BD-Live with Netflix internet movie streaming. A nice feature I might add. I am a fan of LG products so I had to give this player a try and here's what I found out.
The player has a very slow start-up sequence. Not a good thing. Sometimes the HDMI signal cuts out. The HDMI output format can't be set or reset during a movie playback. Usually this isn't a problem, but when its combined with HDMI cutout, and the lack of ability to continue playback at the same time in the movie after a stop, which is when you reset the HDMI output, then you get a pain in the butt movie experience that's just plain annoying.
There have been known issues with the BD370 to give a steady HDMI signal to any HDMI display. I found that using cables certified for 1080P at 120 Hz seem to get the job done.
Customer service is important when it comes to any occurring problems. LG customer service isn't what I would call good. They are very slow to respond to questions. When I called LG directly by phone, the operator sounded kind of ticked off and they weren't very knowledgeable. Another thing that stinks is that the LG RMA process requires that buyers send in their items without them guarantying to replace it or actually fix the problem.
There are other problems I found as well, but it will take too long to write about them all. You'll just have to find out for yourself, that is if your dumb enough to buy it in the first place.
Overall, as you can see I do not recommend this product. Way too many problems for the price and customer service stinks! So do yourself a favor, don't waste your money on the LG BD 370 Blu-ray player.
