LG Flare Cell Phone

The phone is below par for even a cheap phone, the talk and standby times are far shorter than advertised and the battery gets dangerously hot during use - plugged in or unplugged. My main beef is with the abominable service that Virgin Mobile provides. I called right away about the battery and they refused to send a new one, citing one excuse after another till I finally gave up. When you top up minutes, if there is any money left over, they simply take it at the end of the top up period. They have taken between 9 and 20 dollars a month from my account, I called to complain and got stuck in the loop from hell ala Alex, my virtual advisor. It takes an average of 15 minutges to get to a live advisor and if you complain too much they simply hang up. When I finally got the theft of my $40 resolved they sent me an E-Mail that proclaimed "OUR TEAM PROBLEM SOLVED!!" and I was refunded $1.57.
