The LG Incite phone is very complicated. The manual is useless. Not even the support knows how to operate this phone. It can take you at least a month to deal with the phone. If you are not patience and hate technologie, do not try this phone, it will drive you nuts. It is very hard to use the text message, the voicemail, the contact list. I really think this phone is very complicated.Even when I used the stylus, the feature or item that I tapped would be incorrect. Also, the phone is not compatible with AT&T ringtones. AT&T has had many issues with the LG products incompatibility.
