MY TEENAGER HAD THIS PHONE AND LOVED IT. GOOD QUALITY, GOOD SOUND, AND GREAT PICTURES. MANUAL CAME IN FRENCH, BUT SHE, BEING THE NORMAL TEEN WAS ABLE TO FIGURE IT OUT ANYWAY. UNFORTUNATELY THE MAIN BUTTON WORE OUT IN ABOUT 6 MONTHS. BUT IT WAS O.K. I HAD INSURED IT. SHE'S GOT A NEW ONE ON ITS WAY. AND YES I INSURED THIS ONE TOO. AFTER ALL SHE IS A TEEN.
