LG VX-2000 Cell Phone

First of all, I have something to say to the person who wrote a horrible review on this phone- dude, read the manual! This phone DOES have a 1-touch voice dialing feature and it DOES have a 1-touch keyguard feature. There's even little pictures on the phone that display where they are! That guy didn't give this phone a chance! As for the reception, I live in the hilly North County Inland region of San Diego, and all cell phones loose reception here from time to time. I found the reception about the same as that of my old Nokia phone. This phone is small and sleek, and yet it's built sturdy. And it doesn't have that cheap feel to it like other cell phones do. As for the menu, I thought it was a little strange how it was divided up, but I quickly got used to it. Another handy feature that I found is the 1-touch "Manner Mode" which turns off all of the keytones and puts the ring into vibrate mode. There is also a 1-touch menu that displays how many voice and text messages you have. One negative thing about this phone is that you can't download ringtones. But they do give you 26 to choose from, and they utilize the speakerphone to get good sound quality. Overall, great phone, I would definitely recommend it, especially considering it's price range.
