Back panel falls off constantly

My husband bought one of these phones for each of our kids. Within the first two weeks, the back panel that covers the battery compartment had fallen off all three of them! And the panels kept on falling off over and over again until we taped them on. Now they stay together but they look rather ridiculous and it will be difficult to ever change the battery if needed.
They work OK for what we had in mind, which was to provide a convenient means to keep in contact with the kids when they were out and about. But I can't say I really recommend them. It's a pretty basic phone which meets our needs adequately, but if you're looking for a really good phone with long battery life and great features, this isn't it. Besides, you'll have to be careful not to lose the battery casing cover.
