Simple and easy to use<br>Small phone<br>The battery lasted a long time

I have had this phone for a little under a year and I got it because it was inexpensive and small but I ran into problems about 30 days in it did not have any sound for some reason. Verizon replaced it for free and all but now I have had this under a year and this new phone has the same problem. All and all the phone for being small is durable but the back part that covers the battery does not fit on the back of the phone snugly. It is an easy to use simple phone that is not huge like a blackberry yet for being small it is durable. The battery lasts a long time but after like 6 months the it seemed to go down. I could get like 1 week out of a full charge and after the 6 months it was like 2-3 depending on usage.
