The key factor with what makes this phone so great is the fact that it is no-contract. Going prepaid is the most economical choice I have made for my family... it is saving us tons. Great phone and easy to use as well. Net10 is another great prepaid service my sister uses and only pays 10 cents per call nationwide. And it got something called the JD Power award for "best customer satisfaction". Prepaid is the way to go!
