Horrible phone!

The Bottom Line:
Don't waste your money on this phone, the cons far outweigh the pros. I'll never purchase a touch screen phone without a keypad again.
I do love my AT&T service but I hate this phone!
The reception on the LG Vu 920 isn't good, I lose service all the time. This is NOT the fault of AT&T because my previous Samsung was a fantastic phone. I always had clear phone calls and fantastic service.
The touch screen on the LG Vu is fickle. I also hate that to talk on the phone or listen to voice mail I have to lock the screen or my face starts to hit buttons. So in order to delete a voicemail I have to unlock the screen and then hit a button. Not a big deal right? Wait until you're trying to navigate through a phone system where you have to dial numbers. Not only will you have to unlock the screen every time you want to hit something but then you have to hit the button to bring up the keypad. This is frustrating when you have to keep putting the phone back up to your ear to make sure you're making the correct selections.
The microphone goes in and out on it and I've had more than one person tell me I sounded like Charlie Brown's mom, so I have to hang up and call back and hope the phone continues to work.
And worst of all, the battery life on the LG Vu is horrifically short. If I don't plug it in at least every other day, it's dead. And this short battery life happens even when I go without talking on it or talking 10 minutes or less each day.
