Pros:This phone looks nice & touch screen is easy to use, HOWEVER Cons: Screen locks up on a call so that I have to press unlock to press 1 or 2 in a voicemail prompt system, & the lock button is so small & close to the camera phone. All options to NOT LOCK up the screen or handset are set to NOT LOCK, yet it locks anyway. I've sent it back 3 times & all phones lock up so that if you want to press another number you have to unlock it. Unlock only lasts a couple of seconds so if you don't move fast it's locked up again! Stuid function. It should be that once you make a call you can lock the screen on your own if you want to make sure you don't accidently hit an unwanted number or function. It's a big flaw & no one knows how to fix it, not even LG. No one knows about the phone other than the simple instructions that come with it. I wouldn't buy this phone again but one can never really tell how a phone will work until after you buy it. It's too late to exchange it so I'll have to wait until I'm eligible for an upgrade in a year!
For anyone reading this the solution to scratching of the phone just do a google search for clear, vinyl or plactic covers. They stick without glue, are removable & keep the phone from getting fingerprints or scratches. I got a pk of 15 for about $5 & that includes sets for front & back. They're great & last a long time.
