This phone was great. The only negative thing about it is that it does not have a flash. The phone is the perfect size. A little heavy, but the heaviness helped me not to forget where it was (i.e. have it in my hand but still looking for it). I loved the QWERTY keyboard and could text with it very quickly. I like how it also has the outside regular for those who like to text that way. I had no issues with battery life, no issues with freezing up or shutting down. Very good phone.
